Ankle Lock

A Technique from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Ankle Lock
1. Begin by trapping your opponent's leg as shown.
2. Make a figure four (triangle) with your legs.
3. Secure your opponent's ankle as shown with the bone of your wrist in your opponent's Achilles tendon - arch back to finish.
