Foot in Bicep Sweep

These techniques should only be practiced with the supervision of an experienced instructor.
Practicing the moves incorrectly could result in serious bodily injury or death.

I begin with my opponent in my open guard, I am controlling both sleeves and have my feet on his hips.
I begin to setup the sweep by placing both my feet in my opponent's biceps. I am extending my right leg (not completely) while keeping my left leg bent.
I then switch my left foot from my opponent's bicep to floor outside my opponent's right leg. I am still controlling both sleeves and my right leg is now completely extended.
Next I simultaneously kick my right leg toward the ceiling, pull my opponent's sleeve right sleeve to the right, and with my left leg I sweep out his base.
I then follow through to the mount position.
