A Technique from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

These techniques should only be practiced with the supervision of an experienced instructor.
Practicing the moves incorrectly could result in serious bodily injury or death.

I begin with my opponent in my closed guard, he has made the mistake of overextending his arms.
I then secure both his arms in place.
I then place both my legs over his shoulders.
To complete the lock I simply lift my hips and pull down on the wrists.
