A Technique from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

These techniques should only be practiced with the supervision of an experienced instructor.
Practicing the moves incorrectly could result in serious bodily injury or death.

I begin with my opponent in my closed guard. I start by securing a grip on his left wrist with my right hand.
Next I sit up and reach my left hand over my opponents shoulder.
I continue reaching with my left hand until I am under my opponents arm and have secured a grip on my right wrist.
To complete the submission, I rock back pulling the arm backwards and twisting it towards my opponents head.
