Cross Choke
(Mount, with Gi)

A Technique from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

These techniques should only be practiced with the supervision of an experienced instructor.
Practicing the moves incorrectly could result in serious bodily injury or death.

I begin mounted on my opponent. I start the choke by placing my right hand deep in his collar.
Next I place my left hand deep in his other collar, my left had should be under my right.
To complete the choke I clench my hands into tight fists and pull my elbows towards me. I drop downward to ensure good balance.
