Elbow lock
(Knee on stomach, with gi)

These techniques should only be practiced with the supervision of an experienced instructor.
Practicing the moves incorrectly could result in serious bodily injury or death.

In this situation I am controlling my opponent in the knee on stomach position.
I begin my attack by lowering my base and securing my opponent's left arm in place with my right arm.
I then slide the blade of my right forearm just above my opponent's left elbow. I make sure to keep my opponent's upper forearm pressed against my right shoulder. I then step my left leg over my opponent's head and squeeze my knees together.
To complete the lock I rock back and simply pull down on the back my opponent's tricep, just above the elbow.
