A Technique from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

These techniques should only be practiced with the supervision of an experienced instructor.
Practicing the moves incorrectly could result in serious bodily injury or death.

Here I am holding my opponent in the side control position. I begin my attack by securing a grip on my opponent's right wrist with my left hand.
Next I reach my right hand under my opponent's arm and grab my left wrist.
I then pass my right leg over my opponent's head.
I then sit up and lift my opponent's arm.
To complete the submission I simply twist my opponent's arm to the right.
