These techniques should only be practiced with the supervision of an experienced instructor.
Practicing the moves incorrectly could result in serious bodily injury or death.

I begin by controlling my opponent by the sleeve and lapel.
Next I pull his sleeve forward while pushing his shoulder outward. At the same time I step my left leg forward behind his base, I drive my weight forward as I do this in order to disrupt his balance.
From there I hook behind my opponent’s right leg with my right leg and kick backwards. While I kick back I continue to push his shoulder and pull his sleeve.

I complete the takedown and control my opponent in the knee on belly position.
