These techniques should only be practiced with the supervision of an experienced instructor.
Practicing the moves incorrectly could result in serious bodily injury or death.

Erin minding her own business ... when attacker comes from behind.

Bear Hug is applied underneath arms.

Erin immediately opens legs and drops hands to floor.

Then she quickly moves to one leg to apply a sweep.

Leg is grabbed.

She grabs leg and stands up.

7

Knee bar is quickly applied while Erin thrusts hips forward and chest back.

If attacker rolls over Erin follows and applies ankle lock.

There's no escaping that!
